Privacy Policy

Plain version: we use what you send us to quote and handle your shipment, we keep it as a business record, and we do not sell it.

What we collect

When you use the quote form or contact us, we collect:

  • Your name, company name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number.
  • The shipment details you choose to enter: origin city, destination state, volume or weight, and Incoterm.
  • The message content you write, plus technical information recorded automatically when a form is submitted: the referring page, your IP address, an approximate device type and browser language, and a short record of how you moved through the site before submitting.

We do not ask for, and do not want, payment card details, identity documents or customs credentials through this site. If a shipment later requires those, we will request them through a channel we name at the time.

Why we collect it

  • To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
  • To handle a shipment you have asked us to arrange, including sharing necessary details with carriers, customs brokers and delivery agents.
  • To keep a record of commercial correspondence, which is a normal business requirement.
  • To understand, in aggregate, which pages of this site are useful — see the analytics note below.

Who we share it with

Only as needed to do the work you asked for: carriers and airlines, customs brokers, warehouses and delivery agents involved in your shipment, and the hosting and database providers that run this website. We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

Analytics and cookies

This site uses privacy-oriented, self-hosted analytics to count page views and to record whether a visitor clicked a WhatsApp or email link. It does not build advertising profiles and it does not follow you across other websites. The site does not use advertising cookies. If analytics is disabled on a deployment, no analytics script is loaded at all.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept as business records. If you would like your enquiry deleted, ask us and we will remove it unless we are required to keep it for an active shipment or a legal obligation.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion by emailing [email protected]. You can also simply stop using the form and contact us on WhatsApp instead.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update this page. It is a description of current practice, not a contractual commitment beyond what applicable law requires.
